  2. We curate suitable homes

    Copay identifies holiday homes suited to managed co-ownership.

  3. We match relevant homes

    When a suitable home becomes available, we'll share the property details directly with you.

  4. You decide

    Review the home, ownership details, costs, usage arrangements and next steps.

If enough owners proceed and the property process can go ahead, Copay coordinates the purchase and then manages the home from end to end.

Registering your preferences is not an expression of interest, a reservation or a contract. It does not give you priority, and it does not guarantee that a suitable home will become available, or when. No payment to register. No obligation to buy.
