How a home becomes available.

  1. You register

    Tell us the region, home type and share size you're after.

  2. We look

    Demand decides where we search next.

  3. We secure the home

    Vetted, priced, and set up in its own unit trust.

  4. Registrants hear first

    A maximum of eight owners per home, and interest can be secured before a home reaches this page.

Registering doesn't commit you to buying. It tells us what you're looking for, so we can contact you when a suitable home becomes available.
